A loaf of bread for you from the Rofco B40 oven. The classic loaf features a simple list of ingredients: Morton’s Kosher Salt, 164th Street artesian water, sourdough culture, , rye flour, Cairnspring Mills Trailblazer T85 flour, and the most essential ingredient: time. The loaf is best consumed same-day, but can also be sliced and stored in a ziploc in the freezer for frickin’ months.

Loaves will be available for pickup on Sunday Morning, March 9th. The pickup address will be emailed to you upon ordering.
